Asters advised EBRD on providing a loan to Grain Alliance

Asters acted as a legal counsel to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in connection with its financing to Grain Alliance Group, a large Ukrainian agricultural producer, which cultivates over 55,000 hectares of land in Northern Ukraine.

The loan will support the Group’s liquidity and help it withstand the COVID19-caused crisis.

Asters’ banking and finance team advising on the project consisted of partner Iryna Pokanay, counsel Gabriel Aslanian and associates Inna Bondarenko and Viktoria Zagreba.
