This past year the firm enlisted Ganna Prohorova, a strong IP professional with profound expertise in art and cultural property. Anna Babych, corporate and M&A partner, is the practice head.

Baker McKenzie renders advice to high net worth individuals on personal tax residence, structuring of personal wealth, preserving, managing and transferring wealth in core investment centers and wealth management jurisdictions around the globe. This past year the EY team assisted with business structuring solutions, estate and succession planning, personal tax and immigration compliance, pension planning and other matters. Ukrainian dispute resolution firm Mitrax tackles family law cases as one of its strong competences. In 2019 the firm expanded its track record of family and inheritance law matters, and special focus on litigation and amicable resolution. The firm’s recent experience includes representing celebrities, state officials, owners and top managers of business in divorce and division of property cases involving substantial assets and property interests. Furthermore, recent representations covered representing clients in civil union cases, alimony and maintenance, adrogation of children. Oleg Golubnychyi leads the practice team.

Gramatskiy & Partners is enlisted to handle instructions of the beneficial owners of a firm’s corporate clients, usually large and mid-level local business. The diverse range of assignments includes migration matters and tax residence, creation of family trusts, inheritance and succession.
