Dentons promoted four new counsel in Ukraine
On 21 March 2018 Dentons has announced the promotion of four lawyers in Kiev to the position of counsel.
Oksana Horban is an Intellectual Property and Technology lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience in intellectual property law. She concentrates her practice on various IP issues, including filing, prosecution, due diligence and IP-related litigation. She also has extensive experience in negotiating license and IT agreements and in advising on anti-counterfeiting. Oksana is a registered patent attorney of Ukraine.
Nadiya Shylienkova, a member of the Banking and Finance group, has extensive experience in financing transactions. She advises foreign and local clients on cross-border financing deals, debt restructuring and distressed asset acquisitions, export finance, transactions with securities, banking regulatory issues and debt capital markets transactions. In addition, she offers clients legal solutions related to FinTech and other innovative technologies in finance sector.
Maksym Sysoiev is a lawyer in the Real Estate and Energy Group. He has more than 11 years’ experience in advising foreign and domestic companies on their local and cross-border transactions and in representing their interests before the Ukrainian state authorities. He actively represents Dentons in the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, ADVOC and the Entrepreneurial Council of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Anna Tkachenko is a Corporate lawyer with more than 18 years’ experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, employment and contract issues. She advises multinational companies on their cross-border M&A and joint venture projects, the establishment of subsidiaries and representative offices in Ukraine, as well as on their commercial activities in Ukraine.
