ETERNA LAW announced the promotion of key legal staff starting from 1 January.

Artem Kuzmenko is appointed as a partner in Corporate and M&A Practice with a focus on corporate law, IT law, advising companies in infrastructure, construction, IT, gambling, sports industry.

Igor Mulyarchuk is appointed as a counsel in International Litigation Department with a deep focus on international litigation projects. Igor has been working at ETERNA LAW for 10 years.

Karina Pavlyuk was promoted to a counsel position in International Taxation & Corporate Structuring Practice. Karina has profound experience in advising clients on international restructuring, corporate, tax planning and immigration issues. She joined the firm in 2012.
