Professional Experience

Evgeniy Shkrebets has been practicing law since 1992. In 2002 he established the law firm Shkrebets & Partners, where he was a managing partner. Evgeniy Shkrebets has operated as an attorney since 2002 under the certificate for the right to practice as attorney No. 214 of 15 May 2002. In 2002 he also became a member of the Kharkiv Regional Bar Association.

Evgeniy Shkrebets has been a member of Kharkiv Region Bar Association’s Qualification and Disciplinary Committee since 2013. A member of the Board of the Branch of the Bar Association of Ukraine in Kharkiv Region.

Recognition

Evgeniy Shrebets was named among the leaders in tax practice in Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients 2015-2019. Yuridicheskaya Practika Publishing identified him as a well-known tax lawyer in 2016-2019. Evgeniy was identified as the best lawyer in tax disputes by Legal Awards in 2020. According to a survey conducted by Delo.ua Evgeniy Shrebets was in the TOP-300 best managers of Ukraine in 2018.

In 2017 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic of Advocacy of Ukraine: administrative and legal support of activity at the present stage.
