Education
Mykola Kovalchuk graduated from the National Aviation University, receiving his university degree in two specialties: Law, Aviation, 2006. He is currently pursuing his MBA from the Edinburgh Heriot Watt University (Great Britain) and MIM Business School (МІМ).

Professional Experience
Mykola Kovalchuk started his legal career in 2006 with the position of chief specialist at the legal department of Ukrsoyuzservis Association. In 2007 he held the position of senior legal adviser at the State Aircraft Building Concern Aviation of Ukraine. From November 2007 to December 2008 Mykola was head of the legal department of Ukrlandinvest LLC. Since December 2008 — co-founder and managing partner of L.I. GROUP. Mykola Kovalchuk has also been an arbitration manager since November 2008.
Mykola Kovalchuk provides legal support to world-class athletes.
His assets include winning a case in the International Commercial Arbitration in Stockholm (Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce) in 2010, when representing the interests of a large South Korean company. Successful experience in a number of high-profile cases in the field of bankruptcy, corporate disputes and investment protection. Support of foreign companies in Ukraine. Mykola is the co-founder of NGO All-Ukrainian Association Legal Initiative and Chairman of the NGO Ukraine-Switzerland. He was recognized by the international rating agency The Best Lawyers 2020 in the category of Judicial Practice.

Legal Awards 2019 recognized him as among the best lawyers in the field of bankruptcy and the best litigation lawyers. Mykola Kovalchuk was actively engaged in the project to reform the Prosecutor-General’s Office of Ukraine and was honored with a commendation by the Office for his contribution to important state affairs. He is an active member of the Ukrainian American Bar Association.
