Professional Experience

Oleg Derlyuk has implemented more than 70 projects in IT, fintech and E-commerce in over 8 years of practice. In addition to a wide range of legal practices, Oleg is involved in attracting debt financing in accordance with LMA standards and providing transactional services to attract direct equity investments. He also counselled transactions with derivative financial instruments (derivatives) in accordance with ISDA standards, and was involved in the public offering of securities on EU stock exchanges markets (stocks, bonds), including securitization and obtaining financial licenses.
